Booking and Cancellation Policy
♦ All treatments require advance booking.
♦ Payments can be issued via PayPal, bank transfer, cheque or cash.
♦ Booking reminders will be sent 48 hours in advance of the treatment.
♦ Treatment cancellations must be done by texting or calling 07876 595 642.
♦ A minimum cancellation notice of 24 hours applies to all bookings. We reserve the right to apply a 50% charge of the cost of the treatment, if no notice is received via text message or telephone call, at least 24 hours before the session.
